FJL-660PC Series Mono-layer Plastic Sheet Extruder is designed to produce monolayer PP/PS/PE plastic sheet.

Major Construction Features: 

1.The machine is a combination of extruder, calendar-rewinder unit and electric control cabinet, etc.

2.The main parts, such as screw, barrel, screen exchanger, T-die adopt superior alloy steel (38CrMoAIA) with high hardness, strong corrosions resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment

3.The special designed screw adopts big L/D Ratio to ensure the good plasticizing, stable extrusion and high output.

4.Non-stop fast screen changer with double-sieve is controlled by hydraulic unit, which operation is easy and enhances the production efficiency.

5.The Calender-hual off unit-rewinder are designed in one complete unit, therefore, no need to disassemble it before shipment. It will be more convenient and easy for machine assembling and debugging.

6.The body frame of the main extruder adopts square steel, which ensures the machine works more stably at high speed.
